Rebecca Huang embarked on a brief yet enriching cultural visit to Europe, focusing on an itinerary themed around “Art Museums, Galleries, and Iconic Architecture.” In Belgium, she made a special trip to admire the extraordinary work left to the world by the renowned “Queen of Architecture,” Zaha Hadid — the “Diamond of Antwerp” (Port House Antwerp). She also visited the prestigious Royal Museum of Fine Arts in Belgium.
During her visit, she discovered a piano with a sign reading “Play me” inside the museum. Encouraged by her fellow companions, Chairperson Huang performed an impromptu recital of Taiwanese folk songs such as Longing for the Spring Breeze (Wang Chun Feng), Rainy Night in the Harbor City (Gang Du Ye Yu), as well as the internationally recognized song The Moon Represents My Heart. Through music and song, she shared the warmth of Taiwan and fostered meaningful connections with international friends.
We are all Team Taiwan!
